I am a clinical psychologist offering evidence-based psychological assessments, interventions to treat a variety of different mental illnesses, and consultation services.
During the coronavirus pandemic, I am providing psychological services to help address issues arising from the consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak (e.g., increased anxiety, fear, anger, grief, feelings of uncertainty and helplessness).
Assistance is available for our local heroes such as front-line health care worker (e.g., nurses, physicians, hospital staff), essential workers (e..g, grocery store and environmental workers, first-responders), and individuals who are or have loved ones affected by the virus, or are grieving, etc.
Telepsychology is hosted on a secure telemedicine portal to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

I am a registered WSIB provider and work with individuals who suffered work-related injuries (e.g., psychotraumatic stress) to assist with returning to work. Assessments: I provide psychodiagnostic assessments to diagnose mental health disorders such as
- Depressive disorders
- Anxiety disorders
- Posttraumatic stress disorder
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder
- Substance use disorders
Psychoeducational assessments involve cognitive testing and are used to identify and diagnose learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ADHD).
Consultation Services: I am a consulting psychologist for the Best Doctor's program, where I provide internet-based assessments and psychotherapy to assist individuals to return to work.
I also provide consultation in my role as a psychologist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in the government-funded Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP). In this role, I provide consultation and training to allied mental health professionals in the provision of group psychotherapy employing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression disorder and anxiety disorders (e.g., Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobia), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
I look forward to working with you.
